We can’t ignore that police departments are perceived differently by different people, so we leaned into the reasons that people want to admire IMPD for. And those reasons mostly come back to heart, empathy, integrity, and hospitality. Our people are the heart of Circle City. And we’re looking to widen that circle by adding the right new recruits.
